Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States ONLY.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at intention.art.ikm@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Please note: INTENTION is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
For certain limited or restocked items, your order may be marked as pre-order or backorder.
In such cases, we will provide estimated delivery dates before checkout or in your confirmation email.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order.
We cannot guarantee order changes once processing begins.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.
