Return and Refund Policy (INTENTION)

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because each tactile print is individually crafted and carefully handled, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, preference, or minor texture/color variations.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for return shipping.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Approved returns should be sent to:

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt or tracking number for reference.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • All Masterpieces products

  • Change of mind or preference


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
